Send by 'Special Delivery' (tracked and insured via the Post)
Always leave a note in the package to indicate what is required.
To receive credit or replacement returned goods must be unused and unwashed and in as new condition.
We suggest you use your countrys package post with a tracking number.
Please note for customs mark the package “no commercial value….faulty goods returned only”
Note: If customers return goods other than as per these instructions there may be charges incurred to clear them back to Draggin Jeans....These charges will be charged back to the customer.
Q: Postal returns from the USA, what postal service do you recommend?
A: If returning goods to Draggin Jeans from the USA then we recommend that you use "U.S.Postal Service Global Priority Mail"
Q: Why does my invoiced amount appear different from the confirmation from your online store?
A: We invoice in Australian dollars at the exchange rate from an international forex site on the day…we quote this rate on your invoice…don’t be alarmed….we have never overcharged anyone ever.
Q: What are freight costs to my country?
A: All freight/shipping costs are calculated when you order at our online store. View Shipping Charges (subject to change)
Q: How do I get my size right is there a correct way to measure myself?

Q: What leg lengths do they come in?
A. All mens come standard 34” inseam ..ladies 32”…we can make longer if required. We make slightly longer than normal and recommend you put your boots on and sit on your bike to check length before hemming.
Q: How do clothing sizes vary country to country?
A: See the chart below but to be sure we recommend you measure your waist as per measuring instructions.

Q: Where should kevlar be on my knee?
A: The kevlar should start just above the knee in standing position and the knee should still be well covered in the riding position….we add more kevlar at no extra cost if needed for very tall people or those vertically challenged.
Q: Can you help me on what I should buy?
A: Yes we are happy to advise you. We now have a huge amount of information on what people find best in lots of situations. Just tell us your needs and we`ll come back to you with our suggestions.
Q: I am getting errors at the store checkout page.
A: If you are experiencing problems on the checkout page such as the STATE and COUNTRY fields may be broken not allowing you to select them. please try the following:
It is important that you only have one browser window loaded with the online store at any given time otherwise errors at checkout may occur.
Another possible cause is that your browser has disabled active scripting. Please enable active scripting. IEXP 6 users, this can be found under Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Select Internet Icon > select Custom Level > enable active scripting.
Q: I'm having problems with your web site and store how can I report a problem?

Q: Can I retro waterproof my Draggin Jeans?
A: We have had a number of customers use Nikwax very successfully for this purpose. Nikwax is used by many major brands where waterproofing required.
